Raising her family in Baltimore County, EJ McNulty understands the challenges facing hard-working taxpayers. Her priorities as your next representative will reflect the concerns and interests of your family, including lowering taxes and creating new jobs, demanding accountability from government, stronger policies to fight crime and battle the opioid epidemic, addressing urgent health and mental health needs, responsible county growth and expansion, and improving education.

EJ will be a voice for families, neighborhoods, and small businesses. She brings valuable experience advocating for issues that are important to our families, from children to seniors. She is a leader in local community organizations, and her work for various state agencies gives her an understanding of the inner workings of government and how she can help drive more funding to Maryland for our local needs.

Since March 2020, COVID-19 has made life extremely hard on Baltimore County families. With the uncertainty of how it will impact the future of our children, small businesses, and our physical and economic health, Maryland needs strong and bold leadership representing us in Washington. In 2022, let’s send EJ to D.C. for experienced and proven leadership.

Honorable Campaign Co-Chairs:

"I have known EJ McNulty for 30 years. She is thoughtful, engaged in her community, and fiercely independent — and will fight for the communities of north central Baltimore County."
